In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and chopped cilantro for the marinade. Add shrimp and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Remove shrimp from the marinade, cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and just cooked. Transfer to a plate.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and cook for 5 minutes, or until the veggies are tender.
Add cooked shrimp to the skillet with onions & bell peppers, toss and season with salt & pepper.
Warm the flour tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds. Assemble the fajitas by adding the shrimp mixture and serve immediately.
